WaifuRealm is an AI-powered character creation and chat application available on Android and iOS, developed by ZIK. Users can create custom AI companions ("waifus"), browse pre-built characters, and engage in immersive, roleplay-style conversations powered by Google's Gemini AI model via Firebase AI Logic.
By downloading, installing, or using WaifuRealm you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WaifuRealm is an adult-only application. You must be at least 18 years old to use WaifuRealm. The app displays an age verification prompt on first launch; by confirming your age you declare that you meet this requirement. We rely on this self-declaration.
If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 is using WaifuRealm we will take reasonable steps to restrict or terminate their access. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor children's device usage.
WaifuRealm does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personally identifiable information. Instead the app generates a random device identifier (UUID) that is stored securely on your device and used solely to sync the data described in Section 3.2 below.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos (beyond any avatar you voluntarily upload, which stays local), browsing history, or any other personally identifiable information.
Local data (chats, characters, avatars) is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings. Your Firestore metadata is retained indefinitely to allow purchase restoration; you may request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
Important: Because chats and custom characters are stored only on your device, they cannot be recovered after uninstallation or a factory reset. We strongly recommend backing up your device if you wish to preserve this data.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is little data attributable to an identified individual. WaifuRealm is not directed at children under 13 (or under 18). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used this app, please contact us immediately.
All responses from characters in WaifuRealm are generated by an AI language model (Google Gemini) in real time. AI-generated content:
WaifuRealm implements safety settings appropriate to the subscription tier. Premium users receive content with relaxed content filters; this feature is available only to verified 18+ users who hold an active premium subscription.
WaifuRealm offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("WaifuRealm Pro") that unlocks:
The subscription price is displayed in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Credits are a consumable virtual currency used to unlock specific characters in the store. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred between devices or exchanged for real money.
Credits may also be earned by watching rewarded advertisements within the app at no cost.
All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the relevant store's refund process. The developer does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded video ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier. You may opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Android: Google Settings → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).

All app content, design, pre-built characters, and associated assets are the property of ZIK. Custom characters you create using the app remain your own creative content; however, by using the app you grant ZIK a limited license to process that content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., storing character data on your device).
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of WaifuRealm after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify users within the app.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
