About PassVault
PassVault is an offline password management application independently developed by Zahid Khalilov as the sole developer. The app allows users to securely store and manage their passwords locally on their Android device without requiring internet connectivity.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PassVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
Data Storage and Privacy
- Offline Operation: PassVault operates entirely offline. Your data never leaves your device.
- Local Storage: All passwords and user data are stored locally on your device using encrypted database technology.
- No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or password data.
- PIN Security: Your PIN is stored securely on your device and is required for app access.
User Responsibilities
- Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Loss of device or app data may result in permanent loss of stored passwords.
- PIN Management: Keep your PIN secure and memorable. There is no recovery mechanism if you forget your PIN.
- Device Security: Ensure your device is secure and protected from unauthorized access.
- Appropriate Use: Use the app only for legitimate password management purposes.
Limitations and Disclaimers
- No Warranty: PassVault is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- Data Loss: We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or security breaches that may occur.

Liability
The developer, Zahid Khalilov, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PassVault, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or device damage.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
