About FitMe

FitMe is an AI-powered outfit styling app developed by Zahid Khalilov. You upload a photo, choose an occasion, and the app generates personalized outfit recommendations — as text, as an AI-generated image, or both.

Acceptance of Terms

By using FitMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Images — What We Do and Don't Do

• Images are never stored in the cloud. Photos you upload are processed on-device and sent directly to Google's AI service (Firebase AI Logic / Gemini) to generate outfit suggestions. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not retain copies.
• Generated images are stored locally only. AI-generated outfit images are saved on your device's internal storage. They are not backed up to any cloud service by FitMe.
• Outfit metadata (occasion text, style notes) may be backed up to Firestore for account continuity, but no image data is included in that backup.

Your Account

• FitMe uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. We do not store your Google password.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your FitMe account and all associated data from our servers (Firestore). Device-local images are also cleared.
• After account deletion, Google Sign-In data remains with Google — you can manage that at myaccount.google.com.

Purchases and Subscriptions

• Monthly Premium: Billed monthly via Google Play. Includes a free trial where applicable. You can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime Premium: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features. Not a subscription. Access is tied to your Google Play account.
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of generation credits. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

Free Tier

Free users get a starting credit balance and can earn additional credits by watching rewarded ads. Daily generation limits apply. Credits do not expire.

User Responsibilities

• Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Do not use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

Disclaimers

• FitMe is provided "as is." AI-generated outfit suggestions are creative outputs — they do not constitute professional styling advice.
• We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
• AI model outputs may vary. We do not guarantee any specific result or style match.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of FitMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
