Collage Master — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

1. About Collage Master

Collage Master is a photo collage making app for iOS and Android that lets you combine multiple photos into a single image using 27+ layout templates. You can add text overlays, emoji stickers, customize border colors, apply per-slot filters, and export your finished collage directly to your photo library. All processing is done locally on your device — no internet connection is required for any core feature.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Collage Master, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Collage Master. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

4. Permitted Use

• Personal Use: Collage Master is intended for personal, non-commercial use to create and export photo collages.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, assets, fonts, or layouts bundled with the app.

5. Your Content and Intellectual Property

• You Own Your Photos: You retain full ownership of all photos and images you use within Collage Master. We claim no rights over your content.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you use do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Prohibited Content: You must not use Collage Master to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on third-party copyrights.
• App Assets: All layout templates, border designs, built-in fonts, and other assets provided by Collage Master are the intellectual property of the developer and may not be extracted or redistributed.

6. Privacy and Data

• No Data Collection: Collage Master does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, photos, or usage information on any external server. There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries in the app.
• Photo Library Access: The app requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select images for your collages. Images you select are read locally and are never transmitted anywhere.
• Media Library Permission: The app requests permission to save files to your device in order to write your finished collage to your photo library. No data leaves your device during this process.
• On-Device Storage: Your collage history, studio name, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is never synced to a cloud service or shared with any third party.
• No Account Required: Collage Master does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.
• Subscription Billing: In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment details. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlements; see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for their data practices.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by going to Profile > Reset App Data within the app. This will permanently remove your collage history, studio name, and preferences from the device. Your photos already saved to your camera roll are not affected. Your subscription (if any) is managed independently by Apple or Google and is not affected by a data reset — you can restore it at any time from the Subscription section.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Free and Pro Features: Collage Master offers free features and optional Pro features available via in-app purchase (subscription or one-time purchase).
• Pro Features Include: Lossless PNG export, all border colors and gradient presets, custom hex color input, pro font library, and all Pro layout templates.
• Billing: Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to each platform's payment terms and refund policies.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Play Store. The developer does not process refunds directly.
• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
• Subscription Restoration: If you previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it at any time via Profile > Restore Purchases.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Collage Master is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Device Compatibility: The app is designed for iOS and Android devices and may not function identically across all device configurations, OS versions, or screen sizes.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application, including loss of photos or data.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
