About CollageMaster
CollageMaster is an image collage making application independently developed by Zahid Khalilov as the sole developer. The app allows users to combine multiple photos into beautiful collages using a variety of layouts, frames, and customization tools — all processed locally on your Android device.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CollageMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
Use of the Application
- Personal Use: CollageMaster is intended for personal, non-commercial use to create and share photo collages.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. By using CollageMaster, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Media Access and Permissions
- Photo Library Access: CollageMaster requires access to your device's photo library to let you select images for your collages. This access is used solely for the purpose of reading images you explicitly choose.
- Storage Permission: The app requires storage permission to save your finished collages to your device's gallery.
- Camera Access (Optional): If you choose to capture photos directly within the app, camera permission will be requested. This is entirely optional.
- No Upload Without Consent: Your photos are never uploaded to any server without your explicit action. All collage processing is performed entirely on-device.
Intellectual Property and Content
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all photos and images you use within CollageMaster. We claim no ownership over your content.
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that images you use in collages do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- Prohibited Content: You must not use CollageMaster to create or distribute collages containing illegal content, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party copyrights.
- App Assets: All layouts, frames, stickers, fonts, and other built-in assets provided by CollageMaster are the intellectual property of the developer and may not be extracted or redistributed.
Privacy and Data Collection
- On-Device Processing: All image editing and collage creation is performed locally on your device. Your photos are not transmitted to any external server.
- Analytics: The app may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as feature usage frequency and crash reports) to help improve the application. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Advertising: CollageMaster may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect certain device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
- No Account Required: CollageMaster does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core features.
In-App Purchases and Premium Features
- Free and Paid Content: CollageMaster offers both free features and optional premium content or subscriptions available through in-app purchases.
- Billing: All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms and refund policies.
- No Refunds by Developer: Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store. The developer does not directly process refunds.
- Subscription Cancellation: If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitations and Disclaimers
- No Warranty: CollageMaster is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
- Device Compatibility: The app is designed for Android devices and may not function correctly on all device configurations, OS versions, or screen sizes.
- Third-Party Services: The app may integrate with third-party services (e.g., ad networks, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The developer, Zahid Khalilov, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, CollageMaster. This includes but is not limited to loss of photos, data corruption, device damage, or any other loss resulting from use of the application.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to CollageMaster at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to other users, the developer, or third parties.
