Terms of Use (End User License Agreement — EULA)

This document constitutes the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA) for ChadMaxx. By downloading or using ChadMaxx, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About ChadMaxx

ChadMaxx is an AI-powered facial aesthetics and personal grooming app developed by Zahid Khalilov. You take a photo of your face, and the app uses AI (Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic) to analyze your facial features and generate a personalized daily grooming routine. AI-generated scores and routines are for personal self-improvement reference only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional advice.

Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of ChadMaxx constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy.

Face & Biometric Data — How We Handle Your Photos

            Summary: Your face photos are used only to generate your AI analysis. We never store them
            on our servers, and they are never shared for any other purpose.
        

What face data we collect: When you initiate a scan, the app accesses your device camera (or photo library) to capture a 2D facial photograph. This photo is used solely for AI facial analysis.

How your face photo is used: The photo is converted to a compressed representation and transmitted once, over an encrypted connection, to Google's Gemini AI service (via Firebase AI Logic) to analyze facial features including bone structure, symmetry, skin quality, and proportions. The analysis result is returned as a set of numerical scores and text descriptions.

Third-party sharing: Your face photo is shared with Google LLC (Firebase AI Logic / Gemini API) exclusively for the purpose of generating your in-app scan result. It is not shared with any other third party, and it is not used for advertising, profiling, or model training by us.

Storage and retention of face photos: We do not store your face photos on our servers or in any cloud database. The photo is transmitted to Google's API for a single analysis request and is not retained by us after the response is received. Any local copy of the photo remains on your own device and is subject to your device's own storage management. Google's handling of data during API processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What is stored in the cloud: Only the AI-generated analysis results — numerical feature scores, rating, percentile, and improvement recommendations — are stored in our cloud database (Firebase Firestore) under your anonymous device ID. No face images or biometric identifiers are stored in Firestore.

Retention of analysis results: Analysis results are retained as long as you use the app to preserve your progress history. To delete all data associated with your device ID, contact us at the email address below and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your Photos — Additional Details

Face photos are never stored in the cloud. Images captured for scanning are sent directly to Google's AI service (Firebase AI Logic / Gemini) to analyze your facial features. We do not upload them to our servers and do not retain copies.
AI scan results (scores and feature breakdowns only, never images) are saved to your device and to our database under your anonymous device ID so your progress history is preserved.
We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your in-app scan result.
Consent: Only scan your own face or faces for which you have explicit consent from the person photographed.

No Account Required

ChadMaxx does not use email, passwords, or social login. You are identified solely by an anonymous device ID generated on first launch.
Your data (scan history, routine progress, streak) is tied to this device ID. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will remove your local progress; cloud data will be removed upon request.
To request deletion of all data associated with your device ID, contact us at the email below.

Purchases and Subscriptions

ChadMaxx Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase, processed through the platform you purchased on (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Android (Google Play): Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via the Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
iOS (Apple App Store): Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via your Apple ID Settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

Free Tier

Free users can perform a limited number of AI face scans and access a basic daily routine. Pro features (unlimited scans, full routine personalization, progress analytics) require a ChadMaxx Pro subscription or lifetime purchase.

User Responsibilities

Only scan your own face or faces for which you have explicit consent from the subject.
Do not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
AI scores are for personal self-improvement reference only — not a medical or professional assessment.
Do not use the app if you are under 17 years of age.

Camera and Photo Library Access

ChadMaxx requests access to your device camera and/or photo library solely to allow you to submit a face photo for AI analysis. Camera and photo library access is used only when you actively initiate a scan. The app does not access your camera or photos in the background.

Disclaimers

ChadMaxx is provided "as is." AI-generated scores and routines are informational and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional advice.
Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following the routines.
We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
AI facial analysis is not a precise scientific measurement. Scores are estimates generated by a general-purpose AI model and should not be taken as objective fact.

Data Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firestore data is protected by server-side security rules that restrict access to the owner's anonymous device ID. We do not store passwords or financial information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of ChadMaxx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
