Block Blast Twist is a block puzzle game independently developed by Zahid Khalilov as the sole developer. The game challenges players to place colorful pieces onto an 8×8 grid, clearing rows and columns to earn points and build combos. It features multiple game modes — Classic, Meme, and Daily Challenge — along with power-ups, daily streaks, and an in-game coin system.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Block Blast Twist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

Use of the Application

Personal Use: Block Blast Twist is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. By playing Block Blast Twist, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

How Block Blast Twist Works

Block Blast Twist is a puzzle game where players drag and drop shaped pieces onto an 8×8 grid. When a complete row or column is filled, it clears and awards points. The game includes:

Three game modes: Classic (endless), Meme (themed), and Daily Challenge (one attempt per day)
A combo system that rewards consecutive line clears with bonus points
Power-ups: Undo last move, Refresh the piece tray, and Revive after game over
A daily streak system with bonus rewards on milestone days
An in-game coin system used to purchase power-ups
A high score leaderboard stored locally on your device
Sound effects and haptic feedback (both optional and controllable in Settings)

In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Coins: Block Blast Twist uses an in-game virtual currency called coins. Coins can be earned through gameplay (daily streaks, bonuses) or purchased through the in-app shop.
Power-Up Costs: Coins are spent to activate power-ups (Undo, Refresh Tray, Revive). The game will notify you of the cost before deducting coins.
No Real-World Value: In-game coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
Non-Refundable: All coin purchases are final. The developer does not offer refunds for coins spent on power-ups or other in-game items.
Platform Refunds: Refund requests for real-money purchases must be directed to the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies.

Privacy and Data Collection

Local Storage: Your game progress, high score, coin balance, daily streak, and settings are stored locally on your device using the app's local storage. This data is never transmitted to any external server.
No Account Required: Block Blast Twist does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play.
No Authentication: The app includes no login, sign-up, or identity verification of any kind.
Analytics: The app may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as crash reports and feature usage statistics) to help improve the application. No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted.

Permissions

Intellectual Property

User Content: Block Blast Twist does not involve user-generated content. Any display name you set in the app is stored locally on your device only.

Limitations and Disclaimers

No Warranty: Block Blast Twist is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Data Loss: Since all game data is stored locally, the developer is not responsible for any loss of progress, coins, or high scores resulting from app uninstallation, device failure, storage issues, or OS updates.
Daily Challenge: The Daily Challenge mode offers one attempt per day. Forfeited or failed daily attempts cannot be reset or retried by the developer.
Device Compatibility: The app is designed for Android devices and may not function correctly on all device configurations, OS versions, or screen sizes.
Third-Party Services: The app may integrate with third-party services such as ad networks and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The developer, Zahid Khalilov, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Block Blast Twist. This includes but is not limited to loss of game progress, loss of in-game coins, or any interruption to gameplay.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Game features, power-up costs, and coin prices may change between app versions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Block Blast Twist at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to other users, the developer, or third parties.
